Resi e rimborsi
Hai 14 giorni dalla consegna dell'ordine per richiedere un reso, ti informiamo che i costi di spedizione saranno a tuo carico.
Gli articoli acquistati da restituire devono essere integri come ricevuti e senza alcun segno di usura. Nel caso in cui le succitate condizioni non verranno rispettate, il reso non potrà essere accettato.
Potrai comunicare telefonicamente anche su whatsapp al numero 328.0038015 o tramite e-mail gli articoli che desideri rendere o cambiare.
Se desideri sostituire l’ordine con una taglia, un colore o un articolo diverso, saremo lieti di assisterti e consigliarti. Per il cambio taglia o modello la spedizione successiva sarà gratuita.
Qualora dovesse occorrere un secondo cambio taglia o modello, verrà emesso un buono da utilizzare in autonomia per il cambio, e la spedizione sarà a tuo carico.
Se invece preferisci potrai ottenere un buono pari all'importo della calzatura spesa da utilizzare per l'acquisto successivo oppure il rimborso pari alla somma dei prodotti acquistati, escluse le spese sostenute per la spedizione.
Una volta trascorsi 15 giorni, non è più possibile restituire i prodotti acquistati.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return, we inform you that the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Purchased items to be returned must be as undamaged as received and without any signs of wear and tear. In the event that the above conditions are not respected, the return cannot be accepted.

If you would like to replace your order with a different size, color or item, we will be happy to assist and advise you. For the change of size or model, the next shipment only in Italy will be free.
Should a second size or model change be required, a voucher will be issued to be used independently for the change, and the shipment will be at your expense.
If you prefer, you can get a voucher equal to the amount of the footwear spent to be used for the next purchase or a refund equal to the sum of the products purchased, excluding shipping costs.
Once 15 days have passed, it is no longer possible to return the purchased products.
